Delivery & Returns

Delivery cost

Delivery is free for orders over £10. For orders under £10, delivery to UK mainland is £1.99. For delivery to Europe the cost is £75

Delivery on bikes

Delivery times on our bikes is usually 5 - 7 days. The delivery time may be shorter if we have the particular bike you want pre-built, or may be longer, in particular for custom builds. If we expect the delivery time to exceed the standard 5 - 7 days then we'll contact you to let you know and to discuss options. If you'd like a more accurate delivery estimate then please feel free to call us on 01508 521000.

Delivery on other items

All items that we have in stock are posted the same day if your order is received before 3pm and usually arrive within 2 working days. Where we have to order the item from a third party, delivery times can vary between 2 and 7 days. If we believe that the delivery will take longer than 7 working days then we'll contact you to confirm this.   

Returns on bikes

Once you've received your product, you have 30 days during which you may return it, so long as the product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that it was delivered. Please note that we do not offer returns on custom built bikes (custom painted frames or custom built bikes must currently be ordered in store or over the phone). Any free gifts that accompanied your product(s) must also be returned.

If you decide to return your product(s) we will refund the cost in full.

If you wish to return a bike or other bulky item, please contact us and we will arrange for pick-up through a trusted courier. You are eligible for the cost of the return. We will confirm this cost with you before proceeding.

If there's a problem with your product

If you find a problem with your product(s) then please call us on 01508 521000 to discuss the problem. In the event of a fault caused by either ourselves or the courier, we will refund the full cost of the product(s), and will arrange the return of the product(s) at our own expense.
